For those who are interested, mostly just pictures. I'm in the 3rd week of framing and it is exciting to see progress each day. I have been updating the page every couple weeks.

Thanks! I'm glad to see another photo construction log starting up! I hope we'll be able to get over there & see it on its way up, and not just a finished home. Did you say yours is a package? Where can we find the floor plan?

That's the link to the standard floor plan. Mine differs slightly with the kitchen 2' wider at the expense of the utility room and having the stairs come into the lanai since it is 10' up, and having that be the entrance. I also have french doors off the bedroom instead of sliders. The entry door shown in the drawing in my case is a window.
