Anyone on here know how to Clog and possibly give lessons.

Clogging is a fun CW tap dance.

It really is fun. I used to do it back in the Blueridge years ago.... but I have never heard word of it on the Big Island.
Assume the best and ask questions.

Thanks Rob,

It is fun and unfortunately not very popular.

Depends on where you are and the circles you move in. It's still somewhat popular in the Appalachian and Piedmont regions of the South among folk circles. Actually, some of the most active clogging groups have been gay men's organaizations in Charlotte and Atlanta. We saw a group at the Atlanta Pride Festival who were considered among the best anywhere and were visited by traditionalist groups from way up in the mountains. That must have been an interesting social encounter!

They were 1 or 2 groups in the SF Bay area many years ago but sure wish that there was someone here.

Many, many years ago, during my college spring break, a group of us decided to go the National Fiddler's Convention for a few days. My mind is a bit blurry, (college...early 70's...road trip...you get the picture) but it was in one of the Carolina's. I don't remember much of the fiddling....but I do remember the clogging. I had never seen or heard of clogging before. I was fascinated by it. Saw all kinds of groups on stage from many different states.
