OK, summer vacation is almost 1/2 over & the kids are likely to be climbing the walls soon....
cyber discussions are causing CTS
SO is driving you nuts
the weather is here.... wish you were at the beach????
Pack everyone up for SCUBA Sunday / beach day / water fun
July 6th ~10am ish at Richardsons Ocean Park near the east end of Kalanianaole ~ 5 miles from Kens Pancake (north is the bay in Hilo,east is then your right hand...)
Don't dive? doesn't matter! Just a fun day at the beach (haven't had a bad one yet...) with lots of friends a dish to share and water toys to amuse any kids (at heart!) Need a ride? post it!
Mid- low tide at 11 am high tide around 6pm... should be good!

We arrive on the Big Island on July 1st for good, just in time for a beach day! Ben and I will be there along with our 14 year old son, Ron. Hopefully other kids may be there for him to meet? We all certainly look forward to meeting everyone!
Anyone like homemade potato salad?

My intention was to come this Sunday but something came up and I'm not in town. Sorry to miss you guys. I especially wanted to meet the new people who are coming.

i have a bbq at one of the rental units, but its too large for me to carry, call me if you need it....i'm making a yummy noodle dish.

Ben and I will be there with our son, anything particular we should bring (any request)? Otherwise we'll bring some meat to BBQ and a side of some kind. Can't wait to meet everyone!
We don't have a BBQ just yet.. sorry we can't help there!
BTW, this may seem like a dumb question (it's definately a newbie questions!) but how do we know we've found you at the park?

After you park at Richardson's you will see a building and an outside shower area. The group usually meets to the left of the shower area or to the left and further on toward the water. Jim and Carey usually have a dive flag suspended where the group meets. It's pretty easy to find us.
Have lots of fun. I'm sorry to miss out this time around. See you next time.
