Hope,
Contact Hawaii Ag for their requirements. It takes about 3 extra weeks for their stuff, but worth it.

Daniel,if you are referring to the quarantine requirements -all done except the health certificate and ticks-flea treatment which needs to be done later.I am planning to relocate in winter.
Anyway, thank for your help and support.

I am so happy and still don't really believe what happened.
To-day is the 3-d day I have the kennel and only the beginning of a 2-nd day with the top on.
He has just walked in from outside and "parked" inside the kennel!
It was funny watching him "rattle the cage" making himself comfortable.I was really trying hard not to "lol",literary!
The door is not attached yet -that would be the tuffest part.

Everything is almost perfect.Just 3 days after he goes himself to the crate, even took a nap, snoring like a pig.
He figured out that it's just a big cookie jar.
Big enough to fit a boxer..
To-day I was outside ,close to the entrance and was snacking a piece of a flat bread. He came to beg(which I don't encourage). After his pitiful look didn't work,he immediately went to the house and lied down in the crate.
Sob! Of course,he got the bread.I think pretty soon he is going to blackmail me with that kennel!

But all that training success is in jeopardy.
The length of the crate is wrong!
Note for the kennel/crate shoppers
Petmate brand kennel 36L/25W/27H
has actual outside(on the rim) length 35' and only 29' inside length.
I am glad I had a chance to find it soon!
The poor thing was curled like a donut, the "stub" under, and still had 1 inch of his cute mug sticking out..

Robin and Carey, thanks for the replies.I've missed them.
Carey, after we found out about his separation anxiety and escape artist talent,we never left him by himself(worked different shifts).
Now he has a doggie door, shares the yard with two other sobs,so I really don't know the situation. But I think 5 years of our love and commitment cured most of it.I ended up leaving him for 2-3 hours (on the couch watching TV,patio door open.
But I never forget how he opened the window, kicked out the sewing machine and jumped out 1.5 stores !Thanks God,the grass was thick (or may be he practiced a lot...)

Found the name of a ferromone diffuser David M mentioned.
It used to be called "D.A.P. diffuser".The new name is a "Comfort zone".
My vet doesn't carry it anymore. Not sure why.
