I have expereienced so many things here in the Puna district of Hawaii that can only be fully understood by those of us living it...kind of a "you would have had to be there and ONLY in Hawaii" type of thing. So I thought I would start a thread (forgive me Jeff Foxworthy, though I do believe he would enjoy these as well). Hope it puts smiles on many faces[]

Another neighbor buys a pig to keep the goat company.
That same neighbor bought a jackass just because they both share the same first name.

Hi Pam:

It seems to me that we had a "You Might be a Punatick IF:" thread not too long ago that had a lot of comments on it. The search feature on Punaweb is down at the moment so I can't find the link to the old thread.

I'm not saying you can't start a new one but it has been done before.
