Gate remote

Is it possible to install a remote control on a single gate- chain link fence?
What is the cost?
Need something cheap.Don't care about security .Our gate is closed because of the dogs .

Not really sure what you mean, but....
I installed 2 HD tube type gates and am about to install solar powered openers. I will be able to open them a variety of methods, one of them a wireless remote from the house about 300 feet away.
While not cheap, the least expensive options I found at http://www.wholesalegateopener.com/
A variety of potential solutions there.
