Ok now this is weird I remeber this thread like 6 months ago. Whats going on?
This is kinda what I had asked in another thread about trying to piece our search engine back together, is this how its going to get done? I think its going to be confusing.
Shouldnt this thread get put into the archives, rather than it returning back as a new thread?

You can continue any topic from the past (even from 2 years ago),if the tread is available.
Though the search is down, but "members" part still have old information there. When you click on a member's name, you have an option to "view all not archived posts" by that member.
When you click on any thread in that list, you have an option to "reply" ,as you reply to current threads. If people keep posting,a thread is alive, even if it is 100 years old [

I bought two lots
One thru first american
One thru island title
Island did a MUCH better job at less cost
First american was pretty pricey and aloof
Island title worked late, weekends and took my calls

At least the commissions are falling, due to quickly declining prices.
Check out the sales in HPP for September:

That's a double-edged sword since the dues/fees reals estate agents have to pay to stay in business are increasing and the sellers are netting less too.

They have to pay dues to the NAR (National Association of Realtors) and the HAR (Hawaii Assocation of Realtors) and their local boards (Kona Board of Realtors or Hawaii Island Board of Realtors.) They also have o pay monthly dues to HIS (Hawaii Information Service aka MLS) and because of the drop of active agents they just raised their prices. BTW, some smart ones base their judgments on the info on the web
http://www.KonaBoardOfRealtors.info and don't pay at all.
