Why would it have to be massive. I'm thinking a one story with a one room 2nd story loft just for the view. I'm thinking 1200 to 1500 altogether.

These are great, imaginative suggestions!

We're also looking at a two-story with covered roof deck possibility. That would put our eye balls about 26 feet above ground level. That should do the trick, too.
