No employment ads in Tribune?

I do not get the paper but do check online - is it just the online addition without ads or the "real" paper also??

They are in the West Hawaii online version... Same Owner.

I would assume it's a mistake, but wouldn't doubt it if they made them only available in the printed version since that seems to be the only thing reading at times.

There were a handful of ads this morning (I think maybe 2-3 columns worth...) not 0, but not the norm for the last few years, either. (I wonder if 0 is for tomorrow's paper?)

Jobs, and consequently ads, are getting scarce in these parts . . . and just about everywhere.

The hard copy and the online versions are totally different. The WHT had two pages of help wanted ads today.

True, but that's WHT. I think a lot of folks found jobs closer to home when gas prices went up. What were the jobs listed in there for? The ones in the Hilo Tribune Herald have been getting fewer and fewer and for less and less hours. Awhile back there were not any "living wage" type jobs that didn't require specialized education or experience.

You can subscribe to the online version and you get 100% of the content. Otherwise, they choose what you see online.
