Okay..... this is coming up fast... I thought I had one more week than I do... whew!

So we have mowed, weed whacked, dressed out a lamb, split wood, hauled stuff.... eeekkkkkk and there is still the house. Those of you who REALLY know me know I will save that for last and whine the whole time....

None the less, we'll be ready for you.
We have filled the IMU with scrap wood and an old palm tree cut up for a bodacious bonfire. With any luck Theo will scrape the driveway and make it a nicer drive for you all... and I will experiment with my new pressure cooker.

Lookig forward to you all....
Smile Pam

Okay, everyone, the date draws near. I realize what a mess we usually live in as I try to get some order going here.....

Biggest need will be folding tables to put food on, so if you can bring one or two, please do and come early! Of course, if you come tooooooo early, you will probably be handed a broom, or the parts of an easy-up to assemble... but hey... we love that you are coming!

We have the IMU loaded with wood for a bodacious bonfire as it gets dark.
We have lots of coals for the BBQ
I am shopping at Cost U Less tomorrow for sodas, water, etc...

IF you want beer, bring it; Bob has his new bar to try it out on.
I think things will be well covered; you guys always bring great food choices to these things. My guess is that we are looking at 40 or 50 people total.

BE THERE OR BE SQUARE....ALOHA AND MAHALO.....

Pam,

Our container did not make it, so I cannot bring our tables. Sorry! I wonder what is taking so long. Did anyone else here have to wait a month for their stuff? It will be one month on Monday since they loaded up.

Pam, thanks so much for putting this together. I for one will not judge your housekeeping - I'm known as the Anti-Martha. We missed the scuba Sunday so here is our chance to meet folks - we too are somewhat isolated and somewhat new. We'll try to bring a folding table. We'll definitely bring our musical instruments (mandolin & washtub bass) Hope to meet you.

Awesome on the instruments! Very cool indeed.

If everyone does what they can we will be fine. If we don't have enough tables I can put a door on two saw horses, but ours are kind of tall and it's awkward. No matter..... let the party begin

Devany - we waited eight weeks. It was crazy-making.

Pam, we have a few little folding side tables & a couple of the 6'ers... we also a 4 ea of stacking chairs & the folding chairs... if you need (Bob can pick up any of these when he is on his way home, iff'n he wants.... or we can bring them up.... whateva!)

We have a (most likely) very out of tune autoharp that we don't play (one of those 'round tuits), if anyone plays one & wants us to bring it....

CAREY, I will see if I can get Bob to pick up the tables, or else I'll call you myself. I have "stuff" in town tomorrow and have NO Idea how our schedule will fall.

Let me bring the tables and set them up so I know what I have.... and you can bring the chairs in your car... okay?

P.S.... Sea Horses are STILL AWESOME! JOSH Loved them too.

I'll be there, Pam. I'm still trying to figure out what to bring. I rent so I don't have folding tables or chairs, and you seem to have the food issue covered. I do have an extra case of beer laying around but I don't drink when away from home. Thanks so much for the invite!
