I will be bringing my 2 grandsons to the B.I. in April for their first time on the islands. It is important that they experience the sloppy, greasy, goodness of Huli Huli Chicken. Is there a regular scheduled stand that I can count on? When and Where?

There is a huli huli chicken guy set up every day in Hilo. He is at the end of the road that runs between Home Depot and the new Target. At that stop sign you can see his truck across the street. My friends who are locals here love this guy and I love his chicken.

Aloha and Mahalo,this is Steve,my wife GINA and i, run Ginas island chicks and lunch wagon ,we are open tues wed thurs and friday only ,soon to be in down town saturdays,please come and try our chicken ,unlike others and the locals stores we offer birds that are 5+ pounds prior to cooking,some of our regulars say its the best ever Mahalo

Friday, February 11th, will be our monthly Huli Huli Chicken Dinner sale to raise money for our new church building fund. Meals may be pre-ordered. The dinners can be picked up at the Church (Old Pahoa Road & Transfer Station Road) beginning around 10:30 A.M. on Friday. Delivery is available.

Isn't Gina's the one previously mentioned by Home Depot? They have a really big following. I hear they are the best. Haven't had the pleasure yet, though.

NOTICE -- When you stop by Puna Baptist Church for Huli Huli chicken on Friday you will have some other opportunities also. The PBC Women's group will be holding a community yard sale on Friday & Saturday and the teens will be having a car wash on the same days.
