CARLOS IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST-SOUTHWEST NEAR 12 MPH. A GENERAL
WESTWARD MOTION AT THIS FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED OVER THE NEXT
COUPLE OF DAYS.

For you non wheather folks there remember that we are now in a real high pressure state and the lows ALWAYS are pulled to the highs. Highs are north of us and the Hurricane is south of us headed west. Guess where we sit? Thing is it will most likely petter out.

Today should tell the tail, Carlos is 5 lat's south of us and at 130 long. we still have a high north. So by night we should have a real good picture. EighFingers you just may be right

The latest track shows Carlos passing well south of the island.

However all you worriers have tropical depression Five-E to worry about.It is tracking directly to the islands.
