We will be doing our monthly Costco run tomorrow and will probably stop by Target. I am a big fan of Target. I was just thinking last night that the pillowcases on my bed were bought in Target in 1993. They are in wonderful condition after MANY years of use and washing...although the color is a bit faded, as they are solid black. I have bought many bed linens at Walmart and after one or two washings they are "pilled" and almost unusable. Target has better quality for sure. I am willing to pay more for quality and a more contemporary selection of colors and styles. Hope I am not disappointed in the Kona store.

I read a comment on Konaweb that said almost half of the new Target employees lost their jobs because they failed to pass a drug screening and now they are rehiring for those positions.

The HR person of Target is my next door neighbor. They had a job fair at the end of May. She said they had selected 417 applicants to be hired but 261 of them did not pass the on-site drug test. They eventually managed to fill all the positions by the opening date.

John, it is my understanding Peter Enos is the HR person the Kona Target. He used to be the HR at the Kona Home Depot.
My parents bough school supplies at Target and saved a bundle. They spent 160.00 at Longs last year for our nephews. This year they bought the same stuff and it only cost around 60.00

That is an amazing story - about the drug tests. Did it make the local papers, I can't find it.
While searching for it I happened across a forum which had ads about a device to help people pass drug tests. Keeps water at body temperature for up to four hours. Is that all they check for, the temperature of the liquid?
