Sounded like an explosion to the east of us, toward the Pahoa-Kapoho Road intersection. Didn't sound good.

It was loud and seemed fairly strong in Leilani. Where do you find out how big it was?

I heard it more than I felt it. Actually, I heard two booms several minutes apart. Sounded like a sonic boom or military testing of explosives. Strange.

I don't see it on the Live Quakes Map yet...it was a fast vibrating roll through here. My dogs all went crazy.

I agree with the others who said it sounded like an explosion. I've never heard an earthquake sound like that before.
