Cinderland is an agri-tourism farm, a WWOOF location.
http://www.wwoofhawaii.org/ If you work, it is $10 per night with breakfast. If you don't work, then it is $50 a night. The guy will pick you up at the airport and it is $25 one way. There are free bicycles there and surfing within bicycle distance, a long walk or hitchhike to the warm pools. It is very rustic and barebones.
