This is concerning land owned by Orchid Plantation, Inc. and is located at 14-4970 Kaimu Kapoho Rd. (otherwise known as Kalapana Kapoho Rd.). Bureau Veritas is a company which performs assessments and certifications. Since there has been no antenna or tower applied for yet, I can assume that they are considering installing an antenna or tower for Verizon service and have hired Bureau Veritas to see if they can do it.
