Moved to Oahu Sept 4.from So. Cal. hoped to be move to Puna by Nov or Dec. Well, it looks like we will be living on Oahu till January or Feb. When you know where home is to be, you just can't wait to be there. Where we are at is beautful but it's not home. Wish we were there.

Great idea Wyatt. I will be moving over in January with my partner following a few months latter. I know January will come fast but right now it seems like a million miles away. I wish I was there now.

Yes your right Glenn, January will come soon with the holidays coming.
Well David, I'm sure you are more than ready to be there. Even the cat got there before you . bummer. At least you will all be celebrating the holidays on the Island together.
We are staying busy renovating rentals on Oahu. We found out that shipping our truck from Oahu to Hilo that we can fill the bed with stuff. So we can buy a few Items to take to Big island. I just hope time passes quickly.
Waiting patiently

Here I am again stuck on Oahu. Permit delayed because an old permit (16 year sago)was still on the books and never used. Had to write a letter to clear it. We Made Tamales yesterday. just waiting for Christmas. First Christmas living on the Island. Loving it. Will be on big island late January. Can't wait
Merry Christmas All.

Mele Mele Wyatt,
Didn't you like the permit from 16 years ago? What did it look like?
Just kidding really, merry merry! Did you make Christmas tamales with raisins in them? YUMMM my favorite but only during the holidays.
Good luck on your relocation, and building adventure! Mella L
