Hilo airport arrivals
#1
Thread correction, I erred when I posted this at "Only military flights in Hilo the last few days"? It should have been here, but what got me off course was that in that thread ("Only military flights in Hilo the last few days"? was something that should be have been in this thread (Haa), and it is this:

You friend was not mistaken about the police and the military flights as I have friends that do the Hilo market , as well as a friend that works at the sally shop (Salvation Army), both of which have told me that on that market day (Wednesday), they, (many vendors at the market, and friend at sally shop+ numerous others) observed Airforce 1, (which of the 3, I don't know), escorted by 2 fully armed , (missels and bombs), fighter jets escorting Air force 1, and bringing up the rear was an all Black very large cargo? jet.

Hi Rob , I don't know if you have cut this out,but I assume you would have mentioned it via email as you did with the previous ones, did you get my response email because I got yours and sent you a reply, and any way the whole beginning and end of this thread has been deleted, at least that's what I see, and others, I am quite sure don't see it either. So I am sending this video which shows the First page somewhat, at least the first 4 posts - I have no choice here - without the beginning an ending the thread is incomplete. By the way I would not have posted on this thread at all anymore if it was still complete - but it isn'thttp://vimeo.com/90371307Also many posts on "The 10 vile vortices", have been deleted,I think it was 9 or 10 pages , and now it is 5. If you have done this please post here, as my email is unreliable.By now anyone who has been reading these 2 threads for a while will notice the difference and should think about what's going on

My 1st post on this thread, below, and should be what you see when you view this thread

As the one true creator is my witness , this is true.
In the last couple of days it has been told that a Coast Guard c-130 has landed at Hilo airport, seen exiting the plane were heavily armed troops,( est at 60 - 80 )wearing regular camo's and quite statuesque , in appearance.
Yes a CC - C130, I will leave it to you to figure out why a CC plane was ferrying troops - maybe this is nothing , maybe not, it is just info so that you the reader can decide. As for me I realize that this is the time that is called the sifting or the threshing out of the wheat from the tares, in simple language , every one needs to decide whom they will serve, again in simplicity, the light or the darkness.
I know whom I serve , and that is the one whom is called ineffable , "That" ,which was from the beginning, before the "word" , before the word and all created things.
From "That" came Jesus, who is the Christ , whom is the only begotten son of the most high. Him alone do I attempt to faithfully serve.

Two Huey helicopters on patrol (flying low, slow, half-click distance between) south of Pahoa yesterday.
Dark colored chopper out this morning, low and sweeping.

OhBob-The CG c-130 Hercules off of Barbers Point is often at ITO for training T&G's...More than once these training missions have had to change up due to a rescue mission off of our coastal waters, (just a couple of months ago was the last one I know of...)ADDED: some of the rescues have needed to refuel & deplane the Recert T&G pilots

The CG C-130 Hercules has also been used more than once for recon training work both at KMC & PTA...

Since your only being "told" this...I would first suggest that you verify that the voice that is telling you this has any clue what they saw & when they saw it...

Can't tell you how many stories get made up just over the Touch & Go's that ITO-Hilo gets, esp. from visitors dining at Kens & the port (where it can sound like a bombing run is flying over-head to the clueless!)

"It has been told"
So, you didn't actually see this yourself.

"quite statuesque , in appearance"
What does that mean? Robots? Aliens?

I saw the two helicopters mentioned by James myself yesterday, flying South over the water past HPP.
They would've had a great view, the weather's been fantastic lately.

Well, eventually one of these t&gs will c&b and then we will no longer feel like visiting Hilo is like visiting an air show. At least on the mainland fleet week is only lasts a week!

Spotted two Chinooks fly in over Waa Waa yesterday from the Pacific heading towards Pahoa. Looked like they were on a training exercise with the cargo gates down. Not sure if they flew in from a carrier or what but they definitely came in from the Northeast over the Pacific heading Southwest towards Pahoa. 12:14 pm according to the picture I took.

My brother-in-law flew f14's in the Air Force. He watched the planes practice landings and takeoffs at ITO while he was here. He explained how many hours pilots are required to fly while training, and once trained, and that Hickman to Hilo is a perfect route to get takeoff, landing practice and cruising hours as pilot or copilot.

My nephew is in the army. They constantly fill planes with troops that move around the country for maneuvers, or parachute practice, or in choppers to shimmy down ropes. It's more training and readiness. It probably happens thousands of times a day at various bases around the country, and around the world.

What do you think 500,000+ soldiers do with their time all day?

Bob the CG C-130 would be a little crouded for 80 combat troups. They are set up for air-sea rescue.

James the UH-1 has been retired by the military.Blackhawk maybe !

There are websites that can track aircraft arrivals. The only military flight that has made a full stop landing and unloaded at Hilo in the last few days flew in from Bradshaw.(PTA)

When I was in flight school in the 60's, my statuesque friends and I frequently invaded remote parts of Texas and Alabama, with occasional forays into Florida and Oklahoma.

As the Great Flying Spaghetti Monster is my witness; We came with no evil intentions.
