A WIND ADVISORY MEANS THAT SUSTAINED WINDS OF AT LEAST 30 MPH...
OR GUSTS OF AT LEAST 50 MPH...ARE EXPECTED. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE
EXTRA CAUTION.
