K-1 staking
#1
I saw the old post on pin finding.
Couldn't find a more current post on surveying.

I got a couple of quotes for K-1 staking only. Not a full survey for around 1200 dollars.
I thought this was kind of high for a vacant lot. But it is a 1045 feet deep spaghetti lot.
Is this the going rate these days?
And does anyone know a good cheap surveying company that could do it for less?
Thanks in advance for replies. KW

Seems way high to me. We had an acre surveyed in Eden Roc for around 500. Have to look up name but they are on Kinoole.

Evan of Island Boundaries did our 1 acre (322.67' deep) in HPP for $650 a few months ago, and one back corner pin was a real PITA. Easy to work with.

I second Island Boundaries. He wound up charging me less than the quoted price because the job turned out to be easier than he thought.

Also your quote seems to be about 2x too high.

Very good and very competent.
All good direct and indirect experiences.
