Could anyone make a recommendation for a Big Island attorney or law firm that specializes in labor and/or discrimination law?

Hilo is a rather small rural community. For the legal specialties you mention you will likely need to look to Honolulu.

Ted Hong, attny in Hilo, has recently represented county workers in employment law disbutes.... the cases have been in the news are one that he has represented against the county & state...

All of these cases were taken on after his nomination for a circuit court judge was rejected, so have no idea if he does other employment representation, or if he only represents against county & state cases...
