I get the feeling their they're going to try to legitimize the actions they already took.

I would think that even if they legitimize their actions on July 28, the employees will be due this week's salaries, at a minimum, or salaries until the termination is officially and correctly executed.

Cost to HPPOA for Board's error : probably a couple of thousand dollars with no return on the investment. (Not knowing the weekly salaries it is hard to exactly quantify the amount.)

Laughing Girl is not quite correct. If wrongful termination is found, no amount of trying "to make it better" will solve the problem. Once an infraction has been committed, correction (fines, damages, etc.) is inevitable.

You can't unring the bell.

They are "at will employees".They don't have a union or a contact and can be fired at any time and for any reason.

Fairly common when there is a regime change.

Three whole minutes for owner input? Per person or total?
