The forces against the Board will bring up the predictable subjects:
LAWSUIT RECALL VOTE BYLAWS Would be great to not have this MEMBERS meeting taken over by the same faction as last general membership meeting. Karma

I am hoping to hear something on the hirings of new staff, especially for the GM and Bookkeeper positions.
I agree it would be great to not have to hear anything from the group who support the lawsuit against HPPOA. People suing HPP for our money should not be supported. I am also hoping not to have to listen to the group who took over the last general meeting. That was a one-sided monopoly.

Orchidlandguy, are you planning on attending and if so can you bring up the points you raised during the owners input portion of the meeting if they have not being covered before then?

I sure hope that guy who constantly yells "your time's up" at everyone he disagrees with, even when they have time left on the clock, doesn't show up this time, he made it really hard to hear what people were saying. Everyone should get the same time, not just those certain audience or board members agree with. The whole point of member input is to give the HPPOA board a chance to know what the people they are supposed to serve are thinking, obviously that will be a wide range of perspectives, but all should be given a chance to be heard.

I want to know what's happening, but those meetings have been so unpredictable and negative. I hope that changes. It would be so great to see order and respect practiced by all of us.

Isn't this Sunday's General Membership Meeting agenda supposed to be posted on the HPP website a week before the meeting?
There is no agenda posted. Who decides what subjects are on the agenda?

I called yesterday and was told yesterday by office lady that "it was just received (in the office) today, but is not posted yet". There are however copies being sent here and there by persons who went to get a copy at the office.
here's the jist of the copy I received. Sorry it's not official, but I don't have the computer skills to send the copy I received. The letterhead is correct, the date is not. Today is Wednesday, and it's not the 22nd. Sunday is the 22nd. Notice is hereby given....bla, bla, Membership Meeting of HPP Owners at 3 pm WEDNESDAY Feb.22, 2015 at 3 pm in the HPPOA Activity Center. Roll Call Approve Agenda Approve Past Minutes President Report Interim GM Report Treasurer Report Committee Reports (limit 5 min. per report) All Motions MUST be submitted in writing Old Business: Nominating Committee Owners Input (3 min. per owner) New Business a. Report from Greggor Llagan's office b. Bilaws Committee- 12 proposals with Q and A- (Approx. 1-2 hours) (??) c. Community Action Committee d. Committee Reports Announcements: Next BOD mtg.
