8 year old Madisyn “Maddie” Tamaki has died

8 year old Madisyn “Maddie” Tamaki has died. The Pahoa Elementary student was awaiting a heart transplant in Seattle. Her battle is lost.

You may recall an unfortunate incident in Pahoa in which a thief stole a collection jar for her benefit. The thief was recently sentenced to six months in jail.

I would encourage Punawebbers to consider donating to help her family with her medical costs.
