Down at the hilo farmers market, one evening I was there

Made me smile when you brought this song up. Made me think of this video Me and hubby did a few years back. Since then we have figured out an easier way to get into a coconut.[

On a serious note, coconuts are medicine. You can make a coconut yogurt that heals the gut. 80% of our immune system and overall health is gut related. I have a friend that cured his MS from coconut yogurt. Fix the gut bacteria, and all your problems go away.
Open the coconut, save the water, machete it in half, scoop out the meat. Put in a blender, add some blueberries, and some powerful probiotics. You do the research on what probiotic is best. Let sit on the counter 4-5 hours, then refrigerate for a few days. It ferments. It is tasty and you may have a problem because it doesn't have the sugar from store bought pasturized, radiated yogurt. It's not as sweet. Have some every day and in a month, your health issues resolve. We are probably 1-2 years away from mainstream medicine realizing 90% of health problems are from bad gut bacteria. Antibiotics destroy the gut health. YouTube the gut and you will see for yourself. I am not a doctor. Good luck and keep eating the coconuts! I have 19 trees on my property and have medicine for the next 20 years. |
