I know this has been addressed, but I was not successful using the search function, so I wondered if anyone could recommend a good estate attorney in the Hilo area. Thanks.

We used David Bernstein, 935-7673. He is based in Honolulu but comes to Hilo several times per month.

He did our wills, living wills, powers of attorney and a trust. He was kind of expensive though.

We chose him because some of the others we looked at couldn't spell or use grammar properly and Hawaii's estate laws are tricky.
