So you think the weather is natural here in Hawaii - think again.

I am fairly confident that cloud seeding goes back to the 1960s.

A recent book:
Rain: A Natural and Cultural History Hardcover – April 21, 2015
by Cynthia Barnett
Has a chapter or two on the history and current technology of rainmakers. It's an interesting read if you want to find out what they really do. If you happen to believe in contrails as weather control though, you'll be sorely disappointed.

And I am pretty confident that the technology has gone way beyond cloud seeding with silver nitrates or silver iodide . Those were merely the first condensation nuculi (small particles used to aggregate airborn moisture) and cause rain drops.
Arnen't we in a much higher state of technological prowess at this point - one can usually hear around here,(PT) how the wonders of "science", can trump the old ways.
So to argue that we haven't progressed in this field as well is disingenuous at best, and down right intentional misleading .

It was formed in 2010 and never filed any paperwork, defunct as of 2014:

There's also one called "Islander Weather Control Products Inc.", defunct since 1990:

They might have developed a weather modification machine and left it turned on. It is my observation that the weather changes about every 15 minutes in Hawaii and that can't be natural.

If that's the case, let's hope they're running it on geothermal power. I'd be pretty upset if that contraption is running 24/7 with fossil fuels as it's power source.
