Warm Pond update?

Company came into town and they want to go to the Warm Pond... Is it even open yet?

The kapoho warm ponds are open. Parking is at the start of the subdivision. The hot pond further down the red road may be closed due to hi surf the last few weeks

We were at the hot/warm pond park less than two weeks ago and it was open seemed fine. Lifeguard on duty and the regular folks around.

Isn't that the Kapoho "Tide" pools?? Or is there a warm pond there?

It is a county park, I would call or email the parks department and ask them, since the answers here range from closed for months to open now.

There is a warm pond at Kapoho--Champagne Pond. It's a hike in from Red Road, but there's a 4-wheel back way.

Well, the warm pond is up and running with a lifeguard on hand... Lots of people there.

@ Lee.... I forgot about Champagne pond... I only went there twice and don't feel the need to go back there.
