Recommendation for title company?

Looking for a competent title company to do a closing on a property
in Nanawale. Any suggestions[?]

We've used Title Guaranty twice and First American Title once.

the first time we used Title Guaranty, no problem. The second time they "forgot" to pay the county taxes they collected from the seller's proceeds. I didn't realize it until I got the past-due bill with penalty and interest added. Frankly, I wasn't even sure if I was supposed to pay the bill or not so I contacted the mortgage broker Karen Kline who advised me that the title company had made a mistake. Once I alerted them to the problem they paid it immediately including all the interest and penalties. I had the feeling it was an honest mistake and they fixed it quickly. The third transaction, we used First American Title because it was a sale and that is who the buyer wanted. Had no problems with them and I liked the agent who helped us Deitra Lopez. Very helpful and patient.
