I am not in Puna but us folks down in Ocean View dont have a forum. : (
We have a new couch and it is starting to get the white mold on the sides and all over the back. Any products recommended for removing the mold and hopefull keeping it away?
Thank you

We are getting mold on several things in our house. Ventilation seems to work pretty good. Is the couch in a place where in gets plenty air? You will also be surprised on how well Lysol works in controling mold! Just wipe mold up with a warm wet rag, then spray Lysol were mold once was. You find it works pretty damn good!
Good luck,
Roger

Thank you.
The couch is made of a heavy cloth material. Its the back and side of the couch that are molding. The couch sits in the middle of our living room and is surrounded with the biggest windows and sliding doors in the house. I'm going to wipe it up today and try the Lysol idea. I'm surprised someone isn't making a mint with a specific tropical formula for taking care of mold on furniture.
Thank you

Oxy clean also works well. Follow directions on container.
