There was a story on the news last night about a man who's been missing since New Year's and his house is now being treated as a crime scene.

Human remains have been found in another location and the police aren't saying if the two things are connected.

Nothing on nixie yet but there are a few wanted on the run. There really is a trend where they are going from one side of the island to the other. How is it hard to find the one guy when half his face is a tatoo? Nobody even said anything about the 3 Puna guys up on Saddle, where the uncle accidentally blows off his nephew's head while trying to kill the other guy. Really weird stuff going on, normal for LA. This isn't LA, or didn't used to be. Lot more guns floating around now.

It is now on the radio, they are related and they suspect foul play. The gave the address in HPP, didn't catch it.

Near Beach Road & Maku'u.
Happened a long time ago:
"Because of the advanced state of decomposition, neither an identity nor a gender could be readily determined."

The video and photo in the Hawaii News Now story is of the missing man's home. I don't believe it's on Beach Road, but the writer does not provide a street name. You can see in the video it's on a paved road, and no section of Beach Road near Maku'u is paved.

Later in the article it says:
Investigators also discovered human remains in the area of Beach Road off Makuu Drive in the Hawaiian Park Paradise subdivision on Saturday, but it's unclear if this is tied to Bumatay's disappearance.

This is a second location, and there's no photo for this home.

A different news story said the remains were on a "remote section of Beach Road" which would imply that the body was not found in HPP, but on Beach road near Maku'u. A badly decomposing body would have smelled pretty bad for a while, seems like some one would have noticed if it was in the Beach Road section of HPP.

I have ridden down to HB from HPP at least 3 times since NYE. It often smells bad as people have dumped pets and pigs a little out of site.Creepy.
