Hey Punatics!
Search for "Big Island Thieves" on Facebook. It's a site full of locals putting out the word over social media about thefts, info on stolen or found items, info on folks casing neighborhoods, and folks to beware of. Right now they are warning of a roving band of folks with walkie talkies and cars scoping out 36th in Orchidland.
A new site, but already some great outcomes!

I wish there was a forum that did the same thing... not everyone has a use for space book. ..or whatever it's called..

I only use FB for networking, things like this and showing pics to friends and family.

My wife does the same thing...but I hate the fact that for( what seems like) the most informative pages ... you need an account.

Yeh, I wish it was a forum too. Have a hard time logging on to spacebook, makes me cringe.
A big shout out to the hero's working it on spacebook, seriously.

Could someone provide a link to the page? I refuse to sign up for facebook but sometimes the information on a page is made public, so might be useful for those of us without access to facebook (whether by choice or not). Thanks.

sheesh, dunno what the deal is, just sign up, you don't have to put your information or anything.... There is no link to that site, because it's a closed site and you need to be approved by someone when you join. Good luck people...

Interesting says they were on 36th Hilo side of Laniuma and have now crossed Laniuma. A policeman lives in the first house makai on 36th. Can see his car often in the driveway from Laniuma. They are stupid just like all the other low life's.
