Did anybody care to ask Rob T.
#1
what happened to message board the other day that it was down for 24 hrs or more? I was curious if it was down for general maintenance,or if someone crashed the site?

I'd imagine Rob is using quite a bit of broadband on this site because he has all the previous threads posted here. Having all the pages to load probably makes site a lot slower than it has to be?

I do like the newer look to the site.

We don't know why it was off line for 24 hours. The assumption is that
the server was the source of the outage. Punaweb is maintained in Australia.

It has happened before and it will likely happen again.
Assume the best and ask questions.

How come everyone seems to have something under their name but me?

(Can I at least still be a starting member)

Or can you only see other peoples "position".

Good question. When I have a chance I'll look into it.

Is it just me... or does this forum occasionaly seem to be down at times?

Periodically when I check this forum, I'm not able to load it... I wait about 10 - 15 minutes and the problem has worked itself out.

Is this just me[V]? Or do other members find the forum won't load at times?

Yep, it happens sometimes. Server related I guess.
