Keck Telescopes Confirm Existence of Faintest, Furthest Galaxy 13 Billion Light Years Away
The way it works is Hubble does a wide field capture, sets flags for ground based observatories to check out, the ground observatories can do Deep Stare for longer exposure times. Some people don't realize Hubble is a robot telescope. Keck is doing some very cool stuff, and they are really getting into observatory interconnecting. Might be big news next year. They got their sweet spot, so they be going with the flow.
