Stinky Little Black Bug Invasion

Does anyone else have the little bugs that look like solid black lady bugs that stink when they get on you? Tonight they seem to be swarming.

Do you have legumes around? There's a small black stink bug, with a few yellow lines around the edge, that's been unusually abundant recently. It's probably on the albizia.
