Can anyone recommend a good (and cheap) business that will handle design, permitting and installation in Seaview for a 1-bedroom home?

Most have a separate engineer and installer. We used Atlas Engineering (Paul Nash) and were very happy with their work and communication. We used Nick Moore out of Volcano for installation, but Seaview is a fair ways away from there. Terrific work, though.
