My favorite thread! And it looks like we have a lava tube express straight to Royal Gardens.
Now, back to biting my nails.

A few pictures I took this morning from the end of the road below Royal Gardens.

The update is unusual in that they did not show the new area in bright red, or at all. The important news is that Pool 1 is now active again. This can only mean one thing. Lava is about to flow straight towards Glen's house again!

When I use Topozone at 1:25,000 I see three houses still in Royal Gardens. Do you live in the house just south of this possible flow? I wouldn't have any fingers left, much less your nails!
I didn't realize that there were more than the red-roofed house (from older eruption website) - is that yours? There's another house at the end of a road - they have to cross an earlier flow to get home, wow! [:0] Hope this flow splits to avoid your place. Is there any chance of moving the house out of there yet (post & pier)? Good luck!

The new flow is on the map as the yellow line in the map, going into Royal Gardens via the dashed (potential lava tube) line.
