What’s with all the helicopters?

About 4:15 they’ve been going crazy with at least one per minute and it’s raining.
I didn’t know there were that many helicopters in the entire state!

Holy cow were they over leilani!!!!!!! It's way past green harvest. I was wondering if weather forced the choppers more inland.

It was so low over Orchidland it's color scheme was ID'd as the fire dept heli.
