Homeowners Insurance Lava Zone #2

Ok does anyone know what carriers that cover in Lava Zone #2?

We are selling our home and the buyer is having a hard time finding homeowners insurance. Our carrier has not returned his calls as of yet so was trying help him out with a couple different carriers to look into.

We are with Universal Casualty Risk out of Florida. I know there are others I just can't tihnk of any off hand.

Pyramid Insurance - Hilo office. I recently got Monarch for lava zone 1.

L.D. ditto for me, but boy it's pricey

To be honest, I thought it was somewhat reasonable. $1700 and even got hurricane insurance. I did not get lava insurance, but my location almost entirely precludes me from worry - unless it pops up in the front yard.

That is exactly what I pay and it's nice having that piece of mind
