Does anyone know what caused the power outage in Pahoa yesteday afternoon. $ police lined up behind a black SUV and a monster traffic jam.

A cargo van ran off Pahoa Village Road right by the intersection for the road to the transfer station. One minute sooner and I would have seen it happen.
