It works for me on Android.I had this problem on other link in map thread.I got around the problem using option "open link in new window" after right click on the link.

That is a question to Ikaika Marzo and all our sources of important timely information:Mick Kalber,Bruce Omori,Ryan Finlay and many others.
I hate FB invasion of privacy but you can lock your FB account for only you to see your friends,posts,etc.in settings.
And though nowadays it is not easy you can still create FB account without using your real name and photo.
