We have cuttings all of the time, free... Keaau town
You can start them fairly easy (actually my best success has been when I ignore them... right now have a line of trees that started when we cut a bunch of branches & leaned them up against the fence, waiting for someone that was going to pick them up.... the dang things all rooted!)

Not sure about seedlings, only have had success with ignoring cuttings... we have even had them take off while stacked on our concrete driveway....

Thank you Carey!! I am in Mountain View. What would be a good way to get the cuttings. Will be back in Hawaii the end of the month.
