How is it I get sent on vacation for below and TomK straigt up calls me F-ing Idiot and is still posting ?

He has used this term twice to me and on other occasions here on Punaweb.

Shoots, he even confesses to using it more than once.

Let me once again use a cultural term. It comes from my family and my culture. Many of us live in Hawaii and the thing I'm proudest of is that we don't suffer fools.

I don't pretend to have a secret copy of "Rob's Rules of Order."
So I have no idea if the reason I'm about to suggest is taken into account or not.

I watch a fair amount of football.
One truism is that in general, when one player strikes out at another player, and the player who was struck then hits back, the refs often won't notice the first guy, and penalize the second guy.

On Punaweb, everything is in writing. Instant replay can be considered when assessing "Vacation Time"

Oh yes, also in football, neither player thought they did anything wrong.

So disgusted I felt like I needed a break from Puna Web. It worked, I care less about the inequality.

Hmm interesting psychology there. A self imposed break makes you feel better about things than a forced break.

I'm sure Rob has better things to do than keep tabs on the myriad feuds, slights, grudges, and petty grievances inherent in a public forum. When children are squabbling, busy parents are not nearly as interested in justice as they are in peace and quiet.

It seems that it is frequent attacks on other posters or derision against their writing rather than outrageous opinions that bring a ban.
