Passport photos

Does any know or can recommend a place that takes passport photos that can be used for other countries other than the US? I need to renew my UK passport and the requirements differ slightly from those for the US passport, specifically the size of the photo. In the past I used Sears but that doesn't seem to be an option now.

Walmart did mine about 8 years back.

Tom I used this free program, it's really easy. Have someone take your picture with their phone and email it to you, then use the program to import the photo and it will automatically crop and size it appropriately and then you can print it. It has settings for the proper size for many countries including the UK.

Walgreens in Hilo did my sons U.K. Passport photo a few years ago. And my daughters this month, though admittedly We haven't received hers yet if things have changed.
