Can anyone recommend an operator with a machine to spread soil for a new yard?

Note that Home Depot will rent a bobcat or mini-excavator to anyone with a credit card and a big enough truck. If you don't want to do it yourself, call Ashley -- there might be cheaper guys, but you get what you pay for.

Mindful, don't be shy about operating a Bobcat yourself. Only two things to worry about, inclines (tip over), and obstacles. If you are on flat ground and you clear the area around your working area, go rent one and have a blast. They are fun.
