No TMT = No Property Tax
#1
Property taxes are due 8/20. Perhaps an opportunity for voices to be heard.
Instead of a check, attach a statement regarding inaction at Mauna Kea.
Perhaps someone here can get ball rolling on social media, article in paper, TV news? Maybe someone here write up a good statement?

Maybe a few thousand unpaid tax bills would garner attention. Isn’t it everyones right to pick and chose now?

attach a statement regarding inaction at Mauna Kea

- my land is sacred
- paying property taxes to an occupying government is a violation of my cultural rights
- will gladly pay taxes to the Hawaiian government (as soon as they send me a bill)
- need Ige to "move along"

You could say that payment has instead been sent to the Protectors of the High Holy since they seem to be the only ones with real authority and power around here.

Your title is actually wrong, there WILL be a property tax. Who it’s paid to is the first question. Second question is how much will it be.
Pretty soon “protection” will be all about the money.

First you get the power, then you get the money.

For large retroactive values of "soon"....
