Just heard a cluster of explosions or repeat thunder from the direction of lower Puna. Kind of went on longer than thunder normally would though...
ETA: Hmm, windy.com says there are thunderstorms in K'au, maybe I was wrong on the direction.

Some cold mid-level air caused thunderstorms in Puna earlier today but those temperatures are forecast to increase over the next day so thunderstorms will be less likely. There may be heavy snowfall on Mauna Kea later this week.
