What if we tested and loaded all the uninfected kapuna and health compromised folks onto docked cruise ships? Then us younger and healthier folks just practice low-key social distancing and put way less stress on the hospitals? Eventually we have enough herd immunity, or effective treatment, tests, and containment, and everyone comes home.
This would also allow local business to operate, and sell food and supplies to the ships...
Just brainstorming here

If you made that Kohala Resort hotel rooms (instead of cruise ships) closed to the general public while occupied by kapuna you’d easily convince people. Throw in the buffet, spa treatments, hot tubs plus pool and you’d have a waiting list.

Good idea.
"What if we tested..."
I knew there had to be a catch.
