Looking for some avocado lumber

I am hoping to find a small quantity of 3/4" avocado lumber. About 30 board feet.

From 130, more than halfway to the coast, left-hand side?

Maybe call Allen's Tree Service, they used to occasionally bring slabs to Maku'u.

If neither of those places have it, try Kamuela Hardwoods. They've got tons of odd species of lumber. https://kamuelahardwoods.com/

You'll probably have to contact them specifically about avocado wood, they have some cutting boards out of koa, but they don't mention them as slabs or lumber. They have a lot of oddball species since they get trees that have come down or are taken down when clearing a construction site and such. So they cut up a huge variety of species.

There's a small trucking company in Honokaa called "Coastline Express". They have a flatbed truck and they pick up and drop off stuff all up and down the coast. They could get it as far as Hilo perhaps even further. (808) 775-7321 Not sure if they're still in business but I thought I saw their truck out and about the other day.
