DOH confirmed it is the Kona McDonalds by Target. Individual infected 7 co-workers and 7 family members.

"The cluster of coronavirus cases linked to a fast food eatery in Kona swelled to 14 on Tuesday.

Officials said seven workers linked to the McDonald’s at Kona Commons have tested positive for COVID-19 and seven of their family members have also been infected.

Hawaii County Mayor Harry Kim told Hawaii News Now on Monday that no customers have tested positive and that he does not believe there is cause for concern to the public."

It’s an apocalypse of biblical proportion!

Moses warned them about that McRib Sandwich back in Leviticus.
And it hath finally come to pass.

And thanks to one of the Kona McDonald's cluster clucks, we have four first responders sidelined into quarantine. Seems one of the infected families made a 911 call and failed to let the emergency services guys know they had Covid-19 until after they had been in close contact. I bet they can't even spell s-t-u-p-i-d. Although lacking in details, you can read about it at ironyak's link which has been updated:
